This leading independent timber and builders’ merchant has been operating for more than 125 years, and was now keen to and embrace the sales and brand awareness opportunities that an online sales channel can bring. We were originally contacted by Buttle’s to produce the written content for their new integrated eCommerce website.

We have since been appointed as their marketing agency to manage their website and social media content, and to help them develop their brand identity. We’re using a mixture of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase awareness of Buttle’s within their local communities, and are working closely with all Buttle’s managers to develop their in-branch brand.

Key achievements to date:

  • The new Buttle’s website has seen a 40% increase in clicks and a 49% increase in web impressions
  • Helping to launch a new outdoor living display at the Leighton Buzzard branch
  • Assisting Buttle’s charity initiatives including a trade day featuring a book signing by Frank Bruno
  • Supporting the business with composing awards entries (Finalists at BM Awards 2022)
