What an incredible few days up North for the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) — bringing together both the Marketing Forum and Young Merchants Conference for an inspiring couple of days of learning, connection, and celebration.
The Young Merchants Conference in Hull was jam-packed with motivational career stories, engaging breakout sessions, and invaluable networking with some truly amazing young people from across the industry. It’s always great to see new faces coming through and to reconnect with familiar ones — the energy and ambition in the room was second to none.
A few standout moments from the week:
- Livvey Wadsworth delivered an inspiring deep dive into the Etex Siniat #PurpleReign campaign.
- David Grace shared a heartfelt and honest reflection on his career journey and his “why.”
- Kate Tinsley brought passion, energy, and plenty of football talk — especially about her beloved Notts County!
A special mention to Edward (Ed) for your incredible work over the past four years — time to put your feet up with the rest of us “old” chairs!
